Purchased Starter Pack Bundle and have not received it

Hi,

I recently purchased a starter pack bundle and never received any of the items of promised. The purchase went through as I checked my bank account and it was definitely charged to my account. Wondering when this can be rectified. The purchase said failed to verify and then closed out, but not before charging the card.

Hi there!

Sorry to hear you are having some trouble with the starter pack. If you are on android, go into the settings (gear icon) and you can click the “Restore Purchases” button and that should award you the correct items. If that doesn’t work or you are on Kartridge you can submit a support message to our support team and they will be able to help fix the issue. If you can send them your Order ID we can also try and look into it with that.
